Founded 25 years ago by Christophe Caron, Husky-Adventure is a dog sledding school in Savoie, dedicated to sharing its values and passion for sled dogs. With its headquarters in Villarodin-Bourget and a living space for the dogs and itself located in the Aussois resort, we offer activities directly in several resorts, including Aussois, Val-Cenis, and Bessans, and are accessible by car from Valfrejus and La Norma in under an hour.

 

From our team, recruited for their skills, respect, and above all, their rapport with dogs, we will tailor the supervision to the activities offered. All sporting activities are supervised by a musher with the legal qualifications to practice. A holder of the DEJEPS (French State Diploma for Youth, Popular Education and Sport) in dog sledding for 20 years and a competitor himself, Christophe will be delighted to accompany and guide you during the various sporting activities offered throughout the four seasons (canicross, introductory or advanced dog sledding training, etc.).

Outside of school holidays, we also offer multi-day sled dog training courses focusing on active dogs (preparation, nutrition, basic first aid, etc.). Led by our manager Christophe Caron and his partner Delphine, a veterinarian and former lecturer in canine sports medicine and functional rehabilitation, they are dedicated to sharing their passion for performance that respects dogs, and their love for their own dogs.

 

We share all our activities with our sled dogs, who are also our life companions. They accompany us everywhere we go and are mostly Alaskan Huskies and Eurohounds. They are specially selected to share races and expeditions with us, as well as more everyday moments like walks. We will do our best to find the perfect companion(s) for you.
